The intention 

A Year Lived in The Heart is taking a position where we have a home that is called the Heart.

Within this home there are 12 rooms and each of these  encloses a petal which is waiting to be nourished in order to flourish. However the doors to the rooms are locked and require certain keys that can open them. These keys are virtues and need to be lived and then they will open the door.

When each of the petals in these rooms are attended to, we will experience love, joy, connection, healing, prosperity, peace, beauty, knowledge, wonder, empowerment, abundance, serenity.

Fortunately there are also twelve months in the year so the invitation is take one a month and discover, reflect and live it in practice. 

(After starting I decided to also include potential relevance to the Zodiac as detailed by Alice Bailey in The Labours of Hercules, hence some repetition.)
