In this space I intend to record my own yearly journey into the Heart in the expectation that it may encourage others to take part also.

Whilst being slightly unnerving as some entries will reflect quite personal feelings I feel that this is a necessary step, certainly at this stage. 

BACKGOUND

Some years ago I read The Flame of the Heart by Torkom Saraydarian and I was introduced to the ancient text of the Heart being made up of a twelve petaled Lotus. I was immediately struck with this and thought about trying to introduce practices, both in my life and for use by others, but docked it until now.

Whilst I am holding one petal in mind, my entries will be made of reflections, actions and experience in general to help me on my journey.

I now have a strong conviction that the timing is right so, as they say without further adieu, here we go!
